Christ College Pune's Department of Management held a panel discussion on International Women's Day titled "Unleashing the Power of Women: Breaking Barriers, Redefining Success, and Inspiring the Next Generation." Moderated by Dr. Stanny Dias, the discussion featured accomplished panelists: Ms. Rekha Rosario (Infosys BPM Ltd.), Ms. Dhun Patel (Therefore Design), Ms. Anjor Wagle (SLB), Dr. Archana Gaur (ALARD University), and Dr. Shruti Shah (Business and Finance expert).

They shared valuable insights on workplace inclusivity, career growth, financial independence, and mentorship, motivating students to embrace leadership roles and overcome barriers. The event was attended by Principal Dr. Arun Antony Chully CMI, Administrator Dr. Antony Puthussery CMI, and HoD Ms. Deepa Sujith, who addressed the gathering.
